Wedding Venue Checklist
When planning a wedding, choosing a venue is one of most important decisions you will make! Where you choose to get married will have an impact on your guest count, catering, bar offerings, equipment rentals, AV, photo timeline - the list goes on and on.
In my wedding planning biz, it’s my job to make sure we know ALL the in’s and out’s of each couple’s wedding venue and what it means to host a wedding there. So, I developed an extensive checklist of questions to review for each venue that we work at. This is a tool that any couple would benefit from - whether they’re still vetting different venues, or after they’ve committed to a venue and want to cross their t’s and dot their i’s.
It’s WAY better to get all of the facts ahead of time, instead of being surprised (in a bad way) by something down the line. Many wedding day challenges can be avoided by choosing the right venue for your wedding, and understanding exactly what is needed to host a successful event there.
